The next cohort of rural leaders selected to participate in the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) have been announced, including cotton’s Fleur Anderson and John Durham.
Fleur (pictured) and John will be part of Course 25 of the ARLP, thanks to the combined support of CRDC, Cotton Australia and Auscott Limited.
The ARLP is a 15-month program which takes place across Australia and overseas, immersing rural, regional and remote participants in a series of unique experiences to develop their leadership capabilities.
The cotton industry and ARLP have a long history, both in support of participants and the many alumni who are so well known for their contribution to the industry. In recent years, CRDC, Cotton Australia and Auscott Limited have supported a number of industry leaders to undertake the program: Richard Malone and Tim Chaffey (Course 24); Matt Bradd and Meagan Laidlaw (Course 23); Sean Bolan and Jamie Iker (Course 22); Tobin Cherry, Dr Sharon Downes and Bronwyn Christensen (Course 21); and Brooke Summers and Elizabeth Stott (Course 20).
