CRDC is on the lookout for a dynamic Innovation Broker to join the team, managing a pivotal portfolio of research and development investments under our strategic plan, Clever Cotton.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Innovation, the successful candidate will play a central role in prioritising, facilitating, and delivering projects aimed at enhancing Australia’s cotton industry. The role centres on investments in Clever Cotton's 'Adaptive Systems' theme, targeting key areas such as on-farm agronomy, biosecurity, and insect management.
CRDC is calling for applicants with a background in agricultural science, agronomy or crop production, and a demonstrated track record in research project development, negotiation, or innovation commercialisation. The role demands technical acumen, entrepreneurial flair, and the ability to forge robust collaborations across both national and international networks.
