The finalists in the 2022 Australian cotton industry awards have been announced by Cotton Australia, including the three CRDC-supported finalists in the CSD Researcher of the Year category.
CRDC R&D Manager and CottonInfo Technical Lead, Stacey Vogel (pictured left), has been recognised as a finalist for her work in leading the Cotton Landcare Tech Innovations 2021 project, along with the wider project team.
UNE Associate Professor of Soil Systems Biology and CottonInfo Technical, Dr Oliver Knox (pictured right), has been acknowledged for his contribution to the field of soil health.
And NSW DPI researcher Dr Mick Rose has been recognised for his role in developing tools to assess and achieve pesticide sustainability targets for the Australian cotton industry.
CRDC is proud to support the researcher finalists in delivering outcomes for the Australian cotton industry. The recipient of the 2022 award will be announced at the Australian Cotton Conference in August.
