Innovation Administrator

CRDC’s Innovation Administrators play a crucial role, managing the interaction between CRDC and all parties involved in RD&E contracts, and supporting effective project management. This position forms part of CRDC’s Innovation team, reporting directly to and supporting the Innovation Administration Manager. You will be responsible for RD&E project administration and other general office duties. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with receival and quality assurance of new research applications
  • Assist with contracting and recording of new projects
  • Assist with the receival of project reports and communications
  • Assist with maintaining CRDC’s grant management system and supporting user access
  • Assist with special projects as needed

We are seeking candidates who are:

  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Organised with good verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with systems, processes and structure, or willing to learn. (NB: Prior experience is not essential, as CRDC will provide training in project administration and CRDC’s grant management system).
